Ajax is one of Holland’s big clubs, in fact the most successful
having won the Dutch Eredivisie 35 times and the KNVB
Cup 20 times.
Ajax, named after the legendary Greek hero, play their
matches at the Johan Cruyff Arena.
This classy home shirt was worn when Ajax continued to dominate
Dutch football, winning the league and cup double.
After being knocked out of the Champions League at the group stages, they navigated
the Europa League through to the Quarter-Finals before losing to Roma.
