Association Sportive de l'Armée Nationale Mauritanienne
is a Mauritanean football club based in the town of Tidjikja,
in the centre of the country lying on the Tagant plateau.
The town is known for its palm trees and vernacular
architecture, as well as their annual Date Festival (fruit).

The club play in the Mauritanean Premier League,
the Super D1.

Armee wore this striking away shirt when finishing bottom
of their Group in the regular season with only 2 wins from their 14 matches.
However they improved in the relegation round to finish 5th, escaping relegation on goal difference, sending Garde Nationale down to Mauritania’s second tier.
