BEERSCHOT – HOME SHIRT 2021/2022

Koninklijke Beerschot Voetbalclub Antwerpen, commonly known as just Beerschot, is a Belgian professional football club based in the city of Antwerp. 

The Purple White Army currently compete in the Jupiler Pro League, the highest division of football in Belgium. The current version of the club were founded in 2013, after previous club Beerschot AC folded. The current club took over their predecessor’s league position, players & stadium. They play their home matches at the Olympic Stadium in Antwerp, with a capacity of 12,771.

Unfortunately, whilst wearing this home shirt in the 2021/2022 Pro League campaign, Beerschot have been relegated to the 1B Pro League, the second division in the country. This is after a very poor season, with only 16 points from 34 matches. 

Famous ex-players include Jan Vertonghen, Moussa Dembele, Radja Nainggolan, Toby Alderweireld and the best name footballer ever…defender Mark de Man!
