CLUB AMERICA  - THIRD 2020/21

Notorious for boasting some of the nicest football kits in
history, Club de Futbol America S.A. de C.V is a Mexican
professional football club based in Mexico City.

Nicknamed Las Aguilas (The Eagles), Club America compete
in the Liga MX, the highest division of football in Mexico.
The club’s impressive stadium, Estadio Azteca, can hold up
to 87,500 spectators; it is the largest stadium in Mexico and
the 8th largest football stadium in the world.

This iconic third kit, widely acclaimed within the kit community, was launched in January 2021 for the 2021 season.

The design is inspired by the Aztecs and is influenced by the 2008 Club America shirt. The team wore this shirt for the first time when beating FC Juarez 2-0 in Liga MX.

At the time of writing Club America have just finished the Clausura section of Liga MX in 2nd place, qualifying the club for the title playoffs.
