CLUB DE FUTBOL MONTERREY – THIRD SHIRT 2018/2019

Monterrey is a Mexican club based in the city of the same name.

Nicknamed Rayados (The Striped Ones), the club compete
in Mexico’s top division, Liga MX.

They are the oldest professional team in the north of Mexico.

Their stadium Estadio BBVA holds 55,000 fans.

Their rivalry with Tigres UNAL is known as the Clasico Regiomontano
and is seen as one of the most intense derby matches in Mexico.

The club wore this third shirt when finishing 5th in the Apertura (Opening Section),
which qualified them for the knockouts. They reached the semi-final before losing
to Cruz Azul.

In the Torneo Clausura, Monterrey improved their league position to 3rd. They again reached the semi-final before losing, this time, to UANL in the semi-final.
