Forward Madison FC is an American professional soccer (football) team based in Madison, the capital of the state of Wisconsin. The Flamingos compete in the USL League One, which is recognised as the the third tier of the US league system. They play their home matches at the 5,000 capacity Breese Stevens Field.

This shirt is known as the ‘FWB’ shirt, as it features a QR code; when scanned, this QR code allows a fan to purchase a beer for a fan attending a Madison game at the Breese Stevens Field. Fans who claim the free beer are then given the details of the purchaser, so they can thank them. The club claim the aim of the shirt is to ‘connect the global soccer (football) community through kits and beer.
