Forward Madison FC is an American professional soccer (football) team based in Madison, the capital of the state of Wisconsin. The Flamingos compete in the USL League One, which is recognised as the third tier of the US league system. They play their home matches at the 5,000 capacity Breese Stevens Field.
This shirt was worn in the club’s inaugural season when they finished 4th in the USL League One table, qualifying for the playoffs. However, Madison lost to North Texas SC 2-0 in the semi-finals.
