the FIFA world rankings. The Taegeuk Warriors are captained by current Spurs star Son Heung-min, who is widely regarded as one of the best Asian footballers of all
time. The country's record goalscorer is Cha Bum-kun, who scored 58 goals for his country. He had a successful career
spanning 10 years in Germany, from 1979 to 1989.

This iconic away shirt is currently being worn by the South Korean team, who have achieved qualification for the Qatar 2022 WC.
