FC PUNE CITY – HOME SHIRT 2018/2019

FC Pune City were an Indian professional football club based in Pune, Maharashtra, who competed in the Indian Super League.

The club was founded in 2014 during the inaugural season of the ISL, owned by the Rajesh Wadhawan Group with actor Arjun Kapoor as a co-owner. Known as "The Stallions", their philosophy was to grow football in Maharashtra from the grassroots up.

The club's most successful campaign came in the 2017/2018 season when they qualified for the ISL playoffs for the first time, though they were eliminated in the semi-finals.

The 2018/2019 season proved to be their last. A coaching change early in the campaign saw Miguel Ángel Portugal sacked after just three matches, with Phil Brown eventually taking over, but the club could only manage a seventh-place finish.

At the end of the season, FC Pune City announced they were shutting down operations, becoming the first club in ISL history to cease trading. Their place in the league was taken by Hyderabad FC the following season.
