IPSWICH TOWN – HOME SHIRT 2024/2025
Ipswich Town is a professional football club based in Ipswich, Suffolk. Affectionately known as The Tractor Boys, the Blues play their home matches at Portman Road and are supported by a loyal and historic fanbase.
Global music star Ed Sheeran sponsored Ipswich Town’s shirts from 2021 to 2025, using branding from his world tours, and also acquired a minority stake in the club. A lifelong Ipswich supporter, Sheeran’s involvement helped raise the club’s international profile and drove record-breaking shirt sales during a memorable period in the club’s modern history.
Ipswich wore this traditional home shirt during the 2024/2025 season, a campaign that marked their long-awaited return to the Premier League after 22 years away. The step up proved a difficult challenge against elite opposition and, despite moments of promise, the Tractor Boys finished 19th and were relegated back to the Championship.
In cup competitions, Ipswich enjoyed a respectable run in the FA Cup, reaching the Fifth Round before exiting on penalties to Nottingham Forest. Their EFL Cup campaign was more short-lived, ending in the Second Round, also on penalties, this time against Wimbledon.
Ipswich Town’s top scorer across all competitions was Liam Delap, who finished the season with 12 goals, all coming in league action. His performances earned him a move to Chelsea in the summer of 2025.
