LILLE – HOME SHIRT 2019/2020

Lille Olympique Sporting Club, LOSC for short, is a French club who play in Ligue 1, France’s top division. The club are from Lille in the north of France and play at the impressive Stade Pierre-Mauroy. LOSC have won four French titles, in 1946, 1954, 2011 and more recently in 2021.

Lille wore this graphic home shirt in the 2019/2020 season where they finished 4th of 20 in Ligue 1. Ligue 1 matches were suspended by the LFP on 13 March 2020 due to COVID-19 until further notices. On 28 April 2020, it was announced that Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 campaigns would not resume, after the country banned all sporting events until September. On 30 April, the LFP officially ended the 2019/2020 season and teams were awarded the places they were sitting in at the time of the suspension.

In Europe, the club made their first appearance in the UEFA Champions League since 2012. It was a poor reappearance for the club, who were knocked out in the Group Stage after failing to win a game.

Lille's squad had a few familiar names. Arsenal's Gabriel, Galatasaray's Osimhen, former Golden Boy winner Renato Sanches, and AC Milan's Mike Maignan amongst others.
