OGC NICE – HOME SHIRT 2024/2025
Olympique Gymnaste Club de Nice, commonly known as OGC Nice or simply Nice, is a French professional football club based in the city of Nice. Founded in 1904, the club competes in Ligue 1 and plays its home matches at the Allianz Riviera, which has a capacity of 36,178.
A founding member of the French first division, Nice has enjoyed notable success throughout its history, winning four Ligue 1 titles, three Coupe de France trophies, and one Trophée des Champions. The club’s most recent major honour came in 1997.
During the 2024/2025 season, in which this traditional red and black home shirt was worn, Nice once again competed in Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France, building on recent progress and aiming to challenge the league’s top sides. They improved from 5th to 4th and made it to the round of 16 in Coupe de France before a shock defeat to National 2 side Stade Briochin.
It proved to be another competitive campaign for Nice, as they pushed for European qualification and remained difficult to beat domestically, with strong performances at the Allianz Riviera playing a key role throughout the season.
French wingback Jonathan Clauss was the clubs standout player contributing to 11 goals total.
