REAL MADRID – HOME SHIRT 2025/2026
Real Madrid, known as Los Blancos, are a professional football club based in Madrid, Spain, competing in La Liga. Founded in 1902, they are the most decorated club in European football history and the record holders for UEFA Champions League titles. Their kits are manufactured by Adidas, one of football's most iconic manufacturer partnerships.
The 2025/2026 home shirt is a clean white base with yellow piping running down both sides, subtle grey detailing on the collar and sleeve cuffs, and black logos. The design draws inspiration from the 2009/2010 campaign - Cristiano Ronaldo's debut season - and was created to celebrate the transformation of the Santiago Bernabéu, incorporating textures referencing both the old and new versions of the stadium.
The season marked a new era under manager Xabi Alonso, appointed following Carlo Ancelotti's departure, and welcomed high-profile arrivals including Trent Alexander-Arnold. Although, his reign didn't last long and he left in January of his own accord. As a result, the season has been an extremely turbulent one with reports of a very divided dressing room, yet Madrid have still managed to compete domestically and in European competition. Alonso was replaced by Arbeloa who had been managing their u21 team.
Kylian Mbappé has carried much of the attacking burden and is currently the league's leading scorer. Despite a competitive campaign, Madrid have been pipped to the La Liga title by Barcelona, who sealed the championship in the reverse El Clásico fixture in May 2026. Madrid were knocked out by Bayern Munich in the Champions League following a dramatic two-legged tie which finished 6-4 on aggregate.
