AFC BOURNEMOUTH – THIRD SHIRT 2024/2025
AFC Bournemouth, affectionately known as the Cherries, are a professional football club based on England’s South Coast, competing in the Premier League. The 2024/25 campaign marked the club’s 123rd season and their third consecutive year back in the top flight, continuing the steady rise of a side that has firmly established itself at this level under head coach Andoni Iraola.
The 2024/2025 third shirt was one of Bournemouth’s most striking designs in recent years. Manufactured by Umbro, this funky third kit was worn by Bournemouth during a positive season for the club.
In the league, they finished a very respectable 9th place, ending the campaign just nine points off the European places. Cup competitions proved more mixed: Bournemouth were eliminated in the EFL Cup at the first hurdle by West Ham United, following a late Jarrod Bowen goal, but fared better in the FA Cup, reaching the quarter-finals before eventually being knocked out by Manchester City.
Several players stood out across the season, most notably Dean Huijsen, Antoine Semenyo, Miloš Kerkez, and Ilya Zabarnyi. Their performances not only drove Bournemouth’s success on the pitch but also highlighted the club’s ability to develop elite talent, with all four players going on to be sold by January 2026 for a combined £210.3 million.
