Arminia Bielefeld 2020/2021 Special Shirt

ARMINIA BIELEFELD – FOURTH SHIRT 2020/2021

Arminia Bielefeld are a German club from Bielefeld, in the North Rhine-Westphalia region. They play at the SchucoArena which holds 27,300.

This special edition 'Sondertrikot' shirt was inspired by the side's first Bundesliga shirt from 1970 and features the slogan 'Fußball lebt durch fans' (Football lives through its fans) which won the vote of 51% of Arminia's fans on the club website. 

Die Blauen wore this design on one occasion against Schalke when the side won 1-0 and confirmed Schalke's relegation from the Bundesliga

The shirt was worn when Die Arminen competed back in the Bundesliga after promotion the season before. The season was ultimately successful in that they escaped relegation, finishing in 15th place.
