BOAVISTA – THIRD SHIRT 2024/2025

Boavista Futebol Clube is a Portuguese club from the city of Porto. Founded in 1903, they are one of the oldest clubs in the country.

Os Axadirezados (The Chequered Ones) are one of the biggest clubs in Portugal with 9 major domestic trophies (1 Championship, 5 Portuguese Cups and 3 domestic Super Cups) to their name. Along with Belenenses, Boavista are the only club outside of the big three (Benfica, Porto and Sporting) to win the Portuguese Championship.

They have a rivalry with Porto, the matches being called O Derby da Invicta.

Boavista wore this third shirt in their Primeira Liga campaign, a terrible one for the club who finished bottom of the league. Additionally, due to breaching a FIFA transfer embargo, the club were demoted down into the Porto regional leagues for the next season as a severe punishment for ignoring the regulations.
