Brescia 2021/2022 Third Shirt

BRESCIA  – THIRD SHIRT 2021/2022

Brescia are an Italian club based in Lombardy in Northern Italy. La Leonessa (The Lionesses) have the record for the most seasons spent in Serie B, which they have won four times. Brescia’s golden period was between 2000 and 2005 when they competed consistently in Serie A.

The club’s best ever finish was in the 2000/2001 season when they finished in 8th place in Serie A. Roberto Baggio and Pep Guardiola played for the club during these years
in the Italian top flight. Baggio is a club legend and as a consequence the number 10 shirt has been retired by the club.

La Leonessa wore this attractive third shirt as Brescia finished in 5th place in Serie B, qualifying the team for the promotion playoffs. Brescia defeated Perugia but then lost to eventual promoted side, Monza, in the semi-finals over two legs.
