GD CHAVES – HOME SHIRT 2022/2023

Grupo Desportivo de Chaves is a professional Portuguese club from Chaves in Northern Portugal near the Spanish border.

Founded in 1949, the club play home matches at the Estadio Municipal de Chaves which holds 8,000.

The club currently compete in Portugal’s second tier after suffering relegation in the 2023/2024 season. The club’s best finish was 5th in 1989/90. They have also competed in Europe, in 1987/88 where they played in the UEFA Cup where they reached the 2nd round before losing to Budapest Honved.

The club wore this home shirt in the 2022/2023 season when finishing 7th in the Primeira Liga, an impressive outcome under the management of Vitor Campelos.
