ESPANYOL – THIRD SHIRT 2018/2019

Espanyol, nicknamed Periquiotos (The Budgerigars), play in Barcelona in Catalunya. 

They share a rivalry with their big neighbours, Barcelona.

Their ground, Estadi Cornella-El Prat, holds 40,000 fans.

This striking third shirt was worn during a successful season where the side finished 7th in La Liga to secure a Europa League qualification place.

In the Copa del Rey, Espanyol reached the Quarter-Finals.

Borja Iglesias, signed from Celta Vigo for 10 million Euros, was the side’s top scorer with 20 goals in all competitions.
