FK Partizan, commonly known as Partizan Belgrade, is a Serbian professional football club based in Belgrade. The club competes in the Serbian SuperLiga and has spent its entire history in the top tier of Yugoslav and Serbian football, winning 46 official trophies and finishing second in the all-time Yugoslav league table. Partizan plays their home matches at the Partizan Stadium, which has a capacity of 29,775 and has been their home since 1949.

The club boasts several notable records. They played in the first-ever European Champions Cup match on 4 September 1955 and became the first Southeast European club to reach the European Champions Cup final in 1966. Partizan was also the first Serbian club to compete in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.

Partizan maintains a fierce rivalry with Red Star Belgrade. Matches between the two sides are known as the Eternal Derby, widely regarded as one of the most intense cross-town clashes in world football.

The 2024/25 season, when Partizan sported this striped home shirt, proved disappointing. They finished second behind their arch-rivals, who dominated both the normal phase of the league and the Championship Round, ending the season with 27 points more than Partizan - a record margin that underscored the gap between the two clubs, making it a season to forget.
