Hannover are a professional German club from Lower Saxony.

Die Roten (The Reds) play at the HDI-Arena which holds just short of 50,000 spectators.

This away shirt was worn by the side in their second consecutive year in the 2.Bundesliga. 

Turkish manager Kenan Kocak was hoping to lead the team to promotion, but Die Roten struggled to produce any consistent form and found themselves settling for a mid-table finish and another year in the German second tier. Highlights from the season included a 4-0 win against SV Sandhausen
