Tupapa Maraerenga FC is a Cook Islands football club based in Avarua, the capital of the Cook Islands, which is a town located in the north of the Rarotonga island. The club are by far and away the most successful in the Cook Islands, with 19 League titles and 9 Cook Islands Cups to their name. The club’s home matches are played at the 1,000 capacity Victoria Park.

This club are deeply rooted in helping the community and developing its youth program. The club's success also reflects in the domination of the national team, where the majority of the national team players play for Tupapa Maraerenga FC. Stars Grover Harmon, Paavo Mustonen, and New Zealand born national team legend Tony Jamieson dominated the local scene with the club and led the national team. Grover Harmon is also remarkably the club’s chairman and also their captain!

This shirt was produced for the club by Sangalo, a brand who specialise in supporting unique football clubs from all around the world. It features a Maori wave pattern as the focal point across the torso, which is a reference to their home Avarua meaning "two harbors". A coconut tree also appears on the back, which represents the natural landscape and vibe of the islands.
