Padova 2019/2020 Anniversary Shirt

PADOVA – ANNIVERSARY HOME SHIRT 2019/2020

Padova is an Italian team from the city of Padua in the Veneto region of Northern Italy, just west of Venice. The city was the setting for Shakespeare’s The Taming of The Shrew.

I Biancoscudati (The White Shields) play in red and white at the Stadio Euganeo.

Padova currently play in Serie C but were a Serie A side in the mid 1990’s.

This home shirt which celebrates the club’s 110th anniversary was worn against Vis Pesaro in February 2020. It proved to be a lucky shirt as the club ran out 4-0 winners! 

Padova were in 6th place in the league before the competition was suspended due
to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In their long history Padova have been home to such famous names as Del Piero,
Albertini, Di Livio, Lalas and El Shaarawy.
