PANATHINAIKOS – HOME SHIRT 2019/2020

Panathinaikos PAO is a professional club based in Athens, the capital of Greece. The club was founded in 1908 and play at the Apostolos Nikolaides Stadium with a capacity of 16,000.

Their nicknames are The Greens and The Shamrock, the club are also often referred to as PAO.

Panathinaikos are the oldest club in Greece and their name was inspired by the work of Isocrates.

The Greens play in the Greek Super League and have never been relegated having won the league 20 times, the cup 20 times and the double on 8 occasions! They are also the only Greek team to reach the final of the European Champions League, losing 2-0 to Ajax in 1971. They have a fierce, long term, rivalry with Olympiacos.

In season 2019/20 they finished 4th in the league with 44 points from 26 games.
