Perugia is a city in Italy’s Umbria region, known for its rich cultural heritage and artisan traditions. AC Perugia Calcio, plays its home matches at the Stadio Renato Curi - which can host 23,625.

The club has a fascinating history, having been dissolved and refounded multiple times, most recently in 2010. Perugia have competed in Serie A 13 times, with their most remarkable achievement coming in the 1978/1979 season, when they remarkably finished as runners-up without losing a single match - becoming the first team under the round-robin format to complete a Serie A season without a single defeat. Beyond their top-flight exploits, the club has won several lower-tier titles, including Serie B and have also claimed the 2003 UEFA Intertoto Cup. They've made two UEFA Cup appearances too.

During the 2024/25 season, Perugia sported this stylish home shirt while competing in Serie C Group B, the third tier of Italian football. They finished in 12th place, narrowly missing out on the qualification play-offs by just one point behind AS Gubbio and Pontedera. Striker Daniele Montevago was the standout performer, ending the season as Perugia’s top scorer with 13 goals, the fifth-highest tally in the league.
