QUILMES – HOME SHIRT 2019/2020

Quilmes Atlético Club, commonly known as Quilmes, is an Argentinian football club based in the Quilmes district of Greater Buenos Aires. Quilmes is the oldest club still competing professionally in Argentina; they were founded in 1887. 

El Cervecero (The Brewers) play at the 30,200 capacity Estadio Centenario Ciudad de Quilmes. The club gain their nickname from the local brewery sharing the same name (Quilmes). The brewery is also the club’s main sponsor. 

This shirt was worn in the 2019/2020 season, the club’s third consecutive season in Argentina’s second tier – the Primera B Nacional. The season was curtailed due to the COVID-19 pandemic at which point Quilmes were undefeated, having had a strong start to their campaign.
