Samambaia FC is a football club based in Brasilia, Brazil.

Founded in 1993, Samambaia won the 2021 second division Brasilia state championship, being promoted to the first and highest state division in 2022. The club also gained quite the following on social media, after changing their logo and mascot to a charming Dachshund or ‘Weiner Dog’.

Samambaia FC is based in the small city of Samambaia, a few minutes from the capital Brasilia. Their stadium is the ‘Rorizão’, with a maximum capacity of 8,000.

The club wore this away shirt when finishing 7th in the Campeonato Brasiliense state championship in 2023.
