Samsunspor 2019/2020 Fourth Shirt

SAMSUNSPOR – FOURTH SHIRT 2019/2020

This fourth shirt was worn when Samsunspor were promoted to the Turkish Second Division, after finishing as champions of the TFF Second League, the third tier of
Turkish football.

Samsunspor were knocked out in the first round of the Turkish Cup, losing 4-3 on aggregate against Caykur Rizespor.

In this season The Red Lightning played in the Turkish 2nd Division, with the longer term aim to be promoted to the Super Lig. Unfortunately the team fell just short, losing in the semi-final playoffs.

The team are based in the city of Samsun, in the Black Sea region.

Their aim has been achieved more recently however, with the club winning the title in 2022/2023 and as such are currently competing in Turkey’s top flight.
