Sardinia is an island in the Mediterranean Sea.

The team are not recognised by UEFA or FIFA, but are part of the CONIFA Federation.

This home shirt was worn by SA Natzionale in matches against Torpè and Sicily in 2022 in preparation for the 2022 CONIFA European Cup which was subsequently cancelled due to issues in the host city of Nice.
