SCOTLAND – AWAY SHIRT 2018
Scotland’s national team are one of international football’s oldest and most historic sides, representing a nation with a deep-rooted passion for the game. While they have not enjoyed the same level of success as some of Europe’s elite, Scotland have a proud footballing tradition and were regulars at major tournaments during the 1970s and 1980s.
The team has produced a number of legendary players over the years, including Kenny Dalglish, Denis Law, Jim Baxter and Darren Fletcher, all of whom have left a lasting mark on Scottish football.
Scotland wore this away shirt during their 2018 campaign, a period spent rebuilding and aiming to return to major tournament football. Having narrowly missed out on qualification for the 2018 FIFA World Cup after finishing third in their qualifying group, Scotland showed signs of progress but ultimately fell short of securing a playoff place.
The campaign did, however, offer encouragement, with improved performances and a growing sense of identity within the squad as they looked to the future.
As of 2026, Scotland have re-established themselves on the international stage. After qualifying for back-to-back European Championships in 2020 and 2024, they have continued to build under a talented core of players. After beating Denmark 4-2 in their final qualifying match to top their group, Scotland have qualified for the 2026 FIFA World Cup - which will be their first World Cup since 1998. They have been drawn in an interesting group alongside Haiti, Morocco, and Brazil.
