SPEZIA – HOME SHIRT 2018/2019

The Aquilotti (Little Eagles) play in the city of La Spezia in Italy’s Liguria region.

Spezia were founded by Swiss banker Hermann Hurni who played for Crystal Palace’s amateur teams as a student in London.

This classy home shirt was worn when Spezia competed in Serie B and finished in 6th place, qualifying for the promotion play-offs.

Unfortunately Spezia lost in the preliminary round; a 2-1 home defeat to Cittadella meant the side remained in Serie B for the following season.

In the Coppa Italia, Spezia were beaten by SPAL in the 3rd round.
