WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS – AWAY SHIRT 2025/2026
Wolverhampton Wanderers, commonly known as Wolves, are a professional English club competing in the Premier League. The club plays its home matches at Molineux, a historic stadium with a capacity of just over 32,000. One of the 12 founding members of the Football League in 1888, Wolves remain among England’s most storied clubs, having won the league title three times during their golden era of the 1950s.
The 2025/2026 season, in which this sky blue away shirt was donned, was one of the most challenging campaigns in the club’s modern history. Following a difficult summer marked by squad upheaval and limited investment, Wolves entered the season widely tipped to be involved in a relegation battle. A lack of squad depth, the loss of key players, and heavy investment from both established rivals and newly promoted sides made Premier League survival a daunting task.
Goals proved hard to come by and defensive frailties were regularly exposed, every point was vital. Wolves were on track to threaten Derby County’s infamous record-low Premier League points total of 11, underlining the scale of their struggles.
However, there were brief signs of hope. Mateus Mané emerged as a bright spark, proving to be an impressive replacement for former talisman Matheus Cunha, now at Manchester United. The club failed to avoid relegation and ultimately finished bottom of the table with just 20 points.
