The Yap Islands are located in the Western Pacific Ocean and are one of the Federated States of Micronesia, which is made up of 607 islands. Yap is made up of four separate islands and has a population of just over 11,000 inhabitants.

Their home matches are played at the 2,000 capacity Yap Sports Complex.

This away shirt was worn by Yap at the 2023 Micro Cup, a Futsal tournament organised by the newly formed Federated States of Micronesia Football Federation.

The nation of Micronesia was famously managed by Englishman Paul Watson from 2009-10, an incredible story which is the subject of Watson’s book, Up Pohnpei.

This unique shirt was designed by STINGZ, a brand creating bespoke sportswear for, and championing football in, smaller, unrecognised footballing bodies.
