GRANDAD MIKE'S INITIAL THOUGHTS!
Grandad Mike has moved down to Lincolnshire and has now been joining us on a daily basis! With over 50 years of procurement experience, he is a valuable addition to the team. Here's what he made of his first few weeks:
I have been based at the Surprise Shirts HQ, in sunny Lincolnshire, for the last two weeks and have been instantly very impressed with the enthusiasm, professionalism and overwhelming emphasis on outstanding customer service of our team.
For such a young business (1st birthday fast approaching) the facilities and exciting range of shirts, as well as the slick improvements to our systems, are a credit to Rob and Louis (my son & grandson) who founded the business.
I have no doubt the business is set for significant growth, which is really exciting for us as a family.
Our customer loyalty is excellent, which demonstrates the importance we place on our relationship with our growing band of members of the Surprise Shirts greater family, specifically our Subscription Members Club!
At the current time we have 4 members of our own family working in the company on a day to day basis; it's great to have people we know we can trust to adhere unerringly to the ethos of the business - customers before all else!
It gives me very great pleasure that my family has people of such talent to develop a business such as this and that we are able to satisfy the needs of our thousands of customers.
