No more duty charges for EU customers!

Over the last six months we've been working hard to find an international delivery partner that could provide a cost effective and efficient solution, to enable our overseas customers to have the same access to Surprise Shirts as our customers have in the UK.

We now feel confident that we have found a much more effective logistics partner.

Since Brexit, many of our customers in the EU have had to pay additional duty charges to have their Surprise Shirts delivered. 

We are now delighted to confirm that all duty charges for EU customers will be managed by Surprise Shirts at the point of purchase, and so after purchasing your Surprise Shirt there should be no additional charges owing by you, the customer.

This 'duty paid solution' is available to all EU countries (with the only exception being Cyprus and island territories such as the Balearics, Canaries and Madeira). We will continue to work to find a solution in these territories as we don't feel our customers in these islands should be discriminated against.

This change takes immediate effect and so all our customers in the EU can order with confidence, in the knowledge that their Surprise Shirt will arrive quicker than before and without any additional hidden costs!
