SURPRISE SHIRTS - IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING ROYAL MAIL STRIKE ACTION

Dear customer,

Just a quick update regarding our current domestic delivery options.

We currently use Royal Mail for all of our UK deliveries. As you may know, there are a series of strikes about to take place over the course of the next fortnight, which will severely affect Royal Mail operations.

This means that we can no longer ensure our Premium & Premium Plus delivery options will be fulfilled in time, for the short term. We have no choice but to suspend these options from 3PM UK time today.

We do not expect to see any disruption to our Standard delivery option, this SHOULD still take 4 working days at most.

We will review the situation in a week - as soon as we can guarantee that our Premium options can be fulfilled on time, we'll reinstate them!

If you need to get a shirt for a special event etc - PLEASE order by 3PM today (24/08) - it's the last time we can guarantee your Premium delivery can be met in time, for the time being.

We sincerely apologise for this disruption & we hope you understand that it is completely out of our hands.
