GD CHAVES – THIRD SHIRT 2018/2019

Groupo Desportivo de Chaves is a professional Portuguese club from Chaves in Northern Portugal near the Spanish border.

Founded in 1949, the club play home matches at the Estadio Municipal de Chaves which holds 8,000.

The club currently compete in Portugal’s top division, the Primeira Liga. The club’s best finish was 5th in 1989/90. They have also competed in Europe, in 1987/88 where they played in the UEFA Cup where they reached the 2nd round before losing to Budapest Honved.

The club wore this third shirt in the 2018/2019 season which was a poor one for the club who finished 16th in the Primeira Liga and as such suffered relegation down to Portugal’s Liga Pro.
