ENERGIE COTTBUS  – HOME SHIRT 2021/2022

Energie play in the city of Cottbus in Eastern Germany, 80 miles south east of Berlin.

Between the years of 1997 and 2014 Cottbus floated between the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga, reaching the DFB Pokal Cup Final in 1997. However in recent years they have suffered a decline in their league standing.

In the 2021/2022 season, Die Lausitzer competed in the Regionalliga Northeast division, the fourth tier of German football. It was an excellent season for Cottbus who won the league ahead of Greifswald to gain promotion.
