Huddersfield Town Association Football Club, known as the Terriers, are a professional football club based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England.

They are currently competing in League One, the third tier of English football. The season in which this traditional home shirt was worn marked the club’s return to the third tier for the first time since the 2011/2012 season, as they looked to bounce back towards promotion.

On the pitch, Huddersfield rounded off the season with a 10th‑place finish in League One, securing a mid‑table spot after a challenging campaign that ultimately saw them falling short of the play‑off positions.

In cup competition, their runs were brief - exiting in the first round of the FA Cup and the second round of the EFL Cup, while also participating in the EFL Trophy where they reached the round of 32.
