LOSC LILLE – THIRD SHIRT 2012/2013

Lille Olympique Sporting Club, commonly known as LOSC Lille, are a French professional football club based in Lille, northern France. They compete in Ligue 1, the top division of French football, and play their home matches at the Stade Pierre‑Mauroy.

LOSC have won four French top-flight titles (1946, 1954, 2011, and 2021) and are considered one of France’s most well-established clubs.

During the 2012/2013 season, Lille wore this unique third shirt while competing under manager Rudi Garcia. The club finished 6th in Ligue 1, with Ivorian Salomon Kalou, who had joined from Chelsea in the Summer, emerged as the team’s top scorer, tallying 16 goals Ligue 1 - second only to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

In Europe, Lille participated in the UEFA Champions League but finished fourth in their group, behind Bayern Munich, Valencia, and BATE Borisov, and as a result were knocked out of Europe.
