MATABELELAND - AWAY SHIRT 2018

Matabeleland is a region in Western Zimbabwe. They are an independent football association that compete in CONIFA. They are not affiliated with FIFA, due to not being an officially recognised nation.

This stunning shirt was worn by the side as they competed in various friendlies and CONIFA recognised matches in 2018, including the CONIFA World Cup, where they went out in the group stages.

Ex-Liverpool goalkeeper, Bruce Grobbelaar, is Matabeleland’s goalkeeping coach and played for them for 30 minutes in one of these CONIFA World Cup matches.
