MELBOURNE CITY – 2022/2023 AWAY SHIRT

Melbourne City is a professional soccer club based in Melbourne, Australia.

The club was founded as recently as 2009 as Melbourne Heart and currently play in the A League, the top level of football in Australia.

Their ground is the 30,050 capacity AAMI Park.

This red and white striped away shirt was worn in the 2022/2023 season when City finished top of the A-League to qualify for the finals series and the AFC Champions League. However the club lost heavily in a shock result in the Grand Final, losing 6-1 to the Central Coast Mariners.

The club’s nicknames are City or Heart in respect of their former name.
