The Mexico women's national football team represents Mexico in international women's football. The team is governed by the Mexican Football Federation and competes within CONCACAF, the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football. It has won three gold medals in the Central American and Caribbean Games and a gold medal in the Pan American Games in 2023 when sporting this dotted away shirt.

When winning their first-ever Pan American Games gold medal in 2023 in this shirt, they had a very impressive run scoring 14 goals and conceding just 2 in the group stage, before beating Argentina 2-0 in the Semi-final. They then went on to defeat Chile in the final 1-0, with the winning goal coming from Rebeca Bernal.
