ÑUBLENSE - HOME SHIRT 2025

Club Deportivo Ñublense are a Chilean football club founded on 20 August 1916 in the southern city of Chillán, the capital of the Ñuble Region. Known to fans as Los Diablos Rojos ("The Red Devils") for their famous red-and-black home colours, Ñublense play their home matches at the Estadio Nelson Oyarzún Arenas - a 12,000-capacity ground tucked into the heart of Chillán. Long considered one of Chilean football's most spirited regional sides, Ñublense have spent much of their history rotating between the Primera División and Primera B before establishing themselves as a top-flight regular in recent seasons, including a remarkable third-place finish in 2022 that delivered the club its first ever Copa Libertadores qualification.

The 2025 campaign - during which this striking home shirt was worn - was a year of upheaval at the Estadio Nelson Oyarzún Arenas. Ñublense entered the season as Copa Libertadores qualifiers from 2024, with long-serving manager Mario Salas having departed in November. His chosen replacement, Francisco Arrué, lasted just seven matches before becoming the first Chilean manager sacked in 2025 - dismissed in late February amid a difficult start to the campaign.

In April, the club appointed Ronald Fuentes as Arrué's permanent successor, and Los Diablos Rojos slowly steadied themselves into a more stable rhythm. Fuentes guided the side to a mid-table finish in the renamed Liga de Primera Itaú as Coquimbo Unido lifted their first ever Chilean Primera División title with four matches remaining.
