POLISI MOROGORO – HOME SHIRT 2021/2022

Polisi Morogoro FC are a Tanzanian football club based in the city of Morogoro, representing the police force and competing within the country’s domestic football structure.

The club play their home matches at Jamhuri Stadium, a multi-purpose venue that serves as a key sporting hub for the region and hosts a variety of local fixtures.

This striking graphic home shirt was worn during the 2021/2022 season, as Polisi Morogoro competed in the Tanzanian Premier League with the aim of building on their 6th-place finish from the previous campaign.

However, the season proved to be a difficult one. The league was reduced from 18 teams to 16, increasing the level of competition, and Polisi Morogoro ultimately slipped to an 8th-place finish. It was a campaign that tested the squad’s resilience against stronger and more consistent opposition.

Their struggles continued into the following season, where they finished 15th out of 16 teams and were relegated to the Tanzanian Championship League, the second tier of Tanzanian football.

As of April 7th, 2026, the club remain in the second tier but are pushing for a return to the top flight. They currently sit 5th in the table, just nine points off the top spot and only one point shy of the promotion play-off places.
