RODA JC KERKRADE – HOME SHIRT 2015/2016

Sportvereniging Roda Juliana Combinatie Kerkrade, commonly known as Roda JC Kerkrade or simply Roda JC, are a Dutch professional football club based in Kerkrade, in the southern province of Limburg. Founded in 1962 through a merger of local clubs Rapid JC and Roda Sport, Roda JC have been a staple of Dutch football. They play their home matches at the Parkstad Limburg Stadion, a modern venue with a capacity of nearly 20,000.

During the 2015/2016 season, Roda JC wore this smart home shirt, featuring their traditional yellow and black. The season marked Roda JC’s return to the Eredivisie after promotion, and their focus was on consolidating their place in the top flight. Under the guidance of Swiss-born manager Darije Kalezic, the team finished 14th in the league, securing their top-flight status with a total of 34 points from 34 matches.

In attack, Tom van Hyfte was the club’s top scorer with 8 goals, supported by forwards Rydell Poepon and Tomi Jurić, who both also notched 4 goals.

In the KNVB Cup, Roda JC reached the quarter-final stage, a respectable run for a club primarily focused on league survival.
