U.C. SAMPDORIA – THIRD SHIRT 2024/2025

U.C. Sampdoria are a professional Italian football club based in the port city of Genoa, in the Liguria region of northern Italy.

The club was founded in 1946 following the merger of Sampierdarenese and Andrea Doria, a union that gave birth to one of Italy’s most distinctive identities. Sampdoria are instantly recognisable by their famous colours and are affectionately known as blucerchiati (blue-circled).

The 2024/2025 third shirt offered a modern reinterpretation of the club’s heritage, providing a bold alternative to the iconic blue home kit and central bands.

The team wore this third shirt during their 2024/2025 Serie B campaign, finishing the season in 17th place - a very disappointing finish for a club who had become accustomed to mid-table finishes in the Italian top flight.

In the Coppa Italia, Sampdoria reached the Round of 16 before being eliminated by AS Roma.
