Samsunspor 2020/2021 Third Shirt

SAMSUNSPOR – THIRD SHIRT 2020/2021

Samsunspor Kulübü Derneği, commonly known as Samsunspor, is a Turkish professional football club based in the city of Samsun, which sits on the country’s northern coastline.

Kırmızı Şimşekler (The Red Lightning), play their home matches at the Samsun 19 Mayıs Stadium, which was opened in 2017 and has a capacity of 33,919.

Samsunspor hold the record for the most First League titles, with 7 to their name. Interestingly, Samsun are the only Turkish team to have ever beaten an English club in both a home and away fixture (Crystal Palace).

Whilst wearing this third shirt, Samsunspor finished in 3rd place in the TFF First league, qualifying them for the promotion playoffs. Unfortunately, after losing the playoff, Samsunspor remain in the 2nd division for the 21/22 campaign.
