SPORTING CLUB DELHI – THIRD SHIRT 2025/2026

Sporting Club Delhi is a professional football club based in New Delhi, competing in the Indian Super League (ISL), the top tier of Indian football. The club was originally founded on 27 August 2019 as Hyderabad FC, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Ahead of the 2025/2026 ISL season, the club rebranded and relocated to Delhi. The move was driven by the club’s ownership under the Delhi-based B.C. Jindal Group.

Hyderabad FC made their ISL debut in the 2019/2020 season, playing home matches at the G.M.C. Balayogi Athletic Stadium in Gachibowli. The club claimed its first major honour in the 2021/2022 season, defeating Kerala Blasters 3–1 on penalties in the final. Remarkably, goalkeeper Laxmikant Kattimani saved four penalties during the shootout, including one that was retaken after an initial save.

Following the rebrand, SC Delhi unveiled a new badge featuring a phoenix, inspiring their new nickname: “The Phoenix”. In their inaugural campaign under this identity, the team will wear this graphic third shirt.
