STANDARD LIÈGE – HOME SHIRT 2018/2019

Standard Liège are one of Belgium’s most historic and passionately supported clubs, based in the city of Liège in the Wallonia region. Known as Les Rouches (“The Reds”), the club has lifted the Belgian league title 10 times, with their most recent triumph coming in the 2008/2009 season.

The 2018/2019 home shirt stayed true to the club’s identity, featuring the classic red design that has long been associated with Standard’s proud tradition. It was worn during a much-improved campaign in the Belgian First Division A (Now the Pro League), as the team looked to re-establish itself among the country’s elite.

After a competitive regular season, Standard comfortably secured a place in the Championship Playoffs, showing far greater consistency than the previous year. They ultimately finished 3rd overall, a significant step forward that underlined the club’s progress and ambition. Their performances also secured qualification for the Europa League marking a successful season and a return to prominence in Belgian football.
